Roger Sykes took over as Club Welfare Officer in June 2010.  He is also the Manager of the U-11 Tigers team.  His role is to:

• Make sure the club has clear roles and responsibilities for running football for children and young people, and that all players, parents, and children and young people adhere to these;
• To make sure all club managers and coaching staff understand their 'duty of care to children and young people and are supported in their roles; and
• To promote the FA Respect Programme to players, parents, and children and young people.
